With over 15 years of experience in business and service, and a Bachelor’s degree
in Business and Finance, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve as COO at Pivotal.
My background as a Credentialed Professional Coach has instilled in me a deep
passion for empowering others, and I’ve always been driven by a desire to do work
that has a positive impact on the world.
At Pivotal, I’m committed to ensuring that we provide meaningful, person-centred
support to our NDIS participants. I truly believe that even the smallest positive
change can have a lasting effect on someone’s life, and it’s this belief that fuels my
work every day. Our team works hard to make sure that each individual we support
feels valued, understood, and empowered to live their best life.
Outside of work, I find joy and balance in nature, coaching, salsa dancing, and
spending time with family and friends. These moments keep me grounded and
remind me why I’m so passionate about building connections and creating a sense
of community in everything I do—both personally and professionally.

Jamie Leigh Goodwin

With over a decade of experience in support work, including 3 years as a support coordinator in the disability sector, I’ve found my true passion in helping others lead fulfilling, independent lives. I thrive on solving complex challenges and building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. For me, it's not just about meeting goals—it's about truly understanding each individual’s needs and crafting personalized support that empowers them to live their best lives.

Advocating for my clients is where I find the greatest joy. Whether it's helping them achieve greater independence or navigating difficult situations, I’m driven by the desire to make a positive, lasting impact on their daily experiences. I love being a part of their journey, watching them grow, and knowing that my support has contributed to their success.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family and find relaxation in a good game of bingo. These moments help me recharge, so I can continue to bring my best self to the work that I love.

Greg Duruox

As a fifth-generation resident of Clarence Valley, my deep ties to the community have shaped my journey. After completing my education at South Grafton, I spent 20 years with State Rail, rising to the role of Safe Working Traffic Officer. When Grafton Rail closed and I was made redundant, my wife and I chose to invest in a business in Grafton. Managing and growing the business provided me with vital leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills that now serve me well in my current role as a Pivotal Support Coordinator.

Throughout my life, helping others has always been my passion. I’ve actively contributed to community service, including roles with the Clarence Valley Lions Club, Freemasons Association, Lodge Prince Leopold, and local commerce groups. However, it was in Community Services that I found my true calling. Starting as a carer, I completed studies at TAFE and was recruited to an employment agency, where my experience with diverse people helped me thrive. I've since worked as a Support Worker and now as a Coordinator, using my skills to advocate for those in need.

Driven by a commitment to listen, understand, and stand up for the underdog, I enjoy taking on challenges. In my personal life, I love spending time on my farm, fishing, exploring the bush, and enjoying science, history, and a good debate. Every experience has shaped me into someone dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
